​CANCELlATION & REFUND

• Full refunds are available with written notice at least 30 days before the session start date.

• No refunds will be provided with less than 30 days' notice. However, you may:

  1. Receive studio credit for a future booking (class, birthday party, event, etc.)

  2. Transfer the booking to another class (subject to availability)

• If no alternative class is available, rescheduling will not be possible.

• If Artystory Studio cancels a class, a complimentary class will be organized and communicated to the parents.

Make-up Policy

• If your child will miss a class, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

• While no compensation is offered for missed classes, student may be asked to stay back or come few mins early to work on the missed project.

• Make-up classes are not guaranteed and depend on available space.
