1. Overview
This website is operated by Artystory Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Artystory Studio. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the site or use any services. Continued use of the site following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Scheduling & Logistics

  • Please provide 24-hour notice if your child will miss a class.

  • No compensation for absences, but one make-up class may be offered per session (subject to space availability).

  • Late pickups beyond 10 minutes will incur a $10 fee for every 10-minute increment.

3. Attire & Personal Property

  • Art can be messy! We recommend students wear old clothes.

  • We are not responsible for any damage to personal items during classes.

  • Personal belongings remain the responsibility of students and their guardians.

4. Payments

  • Payments are due ten days prior to the session start.

  • Annual registration fee: $30 per child or $50 per family.

  • Payments can be made via cheque (payable to Artystory Studio) or Zelle (Zelle ID: 9193086228).

5. Photo / Video Release
You grant Artystory Studio the right to take and use photographs/videos of your child for promotional purposes. These may be altered or combined with other content. You waive the right to inspect or approve final materials.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • Artystory Studio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

  • You release Artystory Studio and its team from any claims related to injuries or damages sustained on premises or during related activities.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artystory Studio and its affiliates against any claims or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or rights.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

9. Changes to Terms of Service
We may update these Terms at any time. It’s your responsibility to check for updates. Continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
